If you are a lawyer in search of professional liability coverage, Lawyers Insurance Advantage can provide a pricing indication based on a completed New Business Application or from a copy of another carrier's application, providing it has a current signature and date.
If you would like to submit another carrier's application, please be sure it contains the following information:

Claim history including current loss and expense reserves and payments for the last 5 years (a loss run from the carrier is strongly recommended) |

A copy of your letterhead |

A copy of your current Policy Declarations page |
